Why do I need a foreign card, and why virtual?
Local cards aren't accepted abroad or by foreign services. A foreign virtual USD/EUR card lets you pay for subscriptions, AI tools, marketplaces, hotels and flights. Virtual — because it's issued online in 2 minutes, no plastic, and is ready to pay right away.
Is it legal and safe to use a foreign card?
Yes — it's a regular card from a foreign issuer that you use to pay for legitimate goods and services. Tegro Card and Libermall Card are issued by Libermall LLC; ordering and verification happen on the service side in Telegram.
How to choose a card
How does a cheap virtual card differ from an expensive one?
Price reflects BIN quality: premium cards have higher acceptance across services, a lower decline rate, more stable subscriptions, a better rate and support. A cheap “grey” card may decline a payment or get blocked — and the money gets stuck.
What is a BIN and why does the card's country matter?
The BIN is the first digits of the card number that tell a service the issuing bank and country. The BIN country affects how Netflix, ChatGPT, Booking and others “see” the card. That's why we show the type, currency and payment network for each card.
Which card to pick: subscriptions, travel or premium?
“Subscriptions” (EUR) — AI tools, streaming, App Store, games. “Travel” (USD) — hotels, flights, taxi and shopping abroad. “Premium” (USD) — best rate and priority support. You can issue several for different goals.
Why is “Premium” more expensive — what do I get?
It's the “Rolls-Royce” of our cards: best conversion rate, a premium BIN with top acceptance, and priority support. If you pay abroad often and in large amounts, it pays back.
Risks & not losing money
What happens if I take the cheapest “grey” card?
The risk is real: a payment can decline at the worst moment, the card can be blocked, and a subscription frozen. Worst case, the money is stuck on a dead card. A reliable BIN and a clear issuer matter more than saving a few dollars.
Why does a foreign card decline a payment?
Top reasons: not enough balance once fees and rate are counted; the service doesn't accept this country/type; 3D Secure wasn't passed; limits. Fix: pick the card for the service, keep a buffer, and pay with a 3D Secure card — all our cards have it.
Why do cards get blocked and how to avoid it?
Blocks usually relate to suspicious activity or violating a service's rules. Use the card as intended, keep one card per task type. A card from a clear issuer with Telegram support removes most of the risk.

How to pay for ChatGPT, Claude and other AI tools?
Issue a “Subscriptions” (EUR) card, top up via SBP and add it to ChatGPT / Claude / Cursor / Midjourney as a regular card. The payment goes through as for a foreign user.
How to pay for Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium?
The “Subscriptions” card fits. Add it to the service's payment methods — charges go through automatically each period. Keep a buffer on the balance.
How to pay for Steam, Epic Games and games?
With a “Subscriptions” (EUR) or “Travel” (USD) card depending on the account region. Add it to the store's payment methods.
How to add the card to App Store, Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Add it to the payment methods of your Apple ID / Google account. Cards with Apple Pay and Google Pay support can be added to your phone and used to tap-to-pay offline.
How to top up via SBP and how fast does it arrive?
Top up in rubles via SBP — the money is auto-converted to the card currency (USD/EUR) and usually credited within a couple of minutes. No top-up fee.
How to pay for Booking, Airbnb and flights?
With the “Travel” (USD) card: add it when booking or paying. Works for hotels, apartments, flights, taxi and shopping abroad.

Is KYC required and what data is needed?
Depends on the card: some work with basic verification. All steps happen in the service's Telegram bot. We (Tegro Card / Libermall Card) are the storefront; verification and issuance run on the service side.
What are the fees: issue, service, top-up, transactions?
